Instructions
Preheat oven to 425
Beat the egg. Beat in milk, salt, and oil or butter.
Mix cornmeal, masa harina, and baking powder. Stir quickly into liquid ingredients.
Divide between 6 buttered muffin cups.
Bake at 425 for 20 minutes.
